Aubrey Peeples

Aubrey Peeples has been an American actor and singer for more than 20 years. Her best-recognition was for her performance in Nashville, the 2012 drama, in which she played Layla Grant. She also won the award in Sharknado 2013 where she portrayed Claudia Shepard. In 2015, she was in the character of Jerrica Jem in the movie Jem and the Holograms. Aubrey Peeples is the daughter of Wendy and Ashley Peeples. Also, she has an older sister, Ally. Aubrey was a member of Orlando Repertory Theatre during her growing up. She was the valedictory speech of her class at Lake Mary Preparatory School. Harvard University initially accepted her application, but later agreed to let her into the university for another entry since she was chosen to play 'Nashville'. Peeples has guest-starred on Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally 2011 Grey's Anatomy (2005), and was a regular character in Necessary roughness (1991). She was seen in film and television shows Ace Ventura Jr. Pet Detective as well as The Good Mother. The Good Mother was the show's second season. she was cast as Layla Grant in the Nashville drama. Peeples spoke about her bipolar disorder during an interview with NKD Magazine. Indiewire has named Peeples among the most talented actors below the age of 20 in September 2014.
